Card 135Created on: 05th Mayl 2011Recipient: Purpose: May Card Chain ChallengeType of card: Folded, multi-layeredA5  blue cardstock was scored and folded at 10cm. The front flap was  punched with 3/8 ribbon edger punch which the back flap was punched with  bubbles edger punch. Ribbon was weave into the slot made from the 3/8  ribbon edger punchWhite card stock was cut, 9cm in width. Marker inks were applied to the background via spraying method.Different  cardstock was cut and punched with 3/8 ribbon edger punch. It is adhere  on the top with glue tape and 3D form at the bottom. Sentiment was  stamped onto the upper-most layer. The top corners were rounded, then  adhere to the sprayed card stock.Image was stamped on a white piece of paper, coloured and then cut, before adhering to the spray cardstock with glue tapeThe sprayed cardstock was then adhere onto the card with glue tapeTada~ The card is done!

Image was stamped on a white piece of paper, coloured and then cut, before adhering to the spray cardstock with glue tape

The sprayed cardstock was then adhere onto the card with glue tape

Card 134Created on: 05th May 2011Recipient: Purpose: JDA’s Mother’s Day ChallengeType of card: Folded, Peek-a-boo3  cardstock of the same width was cut. 1 of the cardstock was folded  half. 2nd piece was folded with one side longer than the other. The 3rd  piece was trim to match the length of the longer piece when folded.A window was cut near the bottom and pieces of plastic was adhere onto the card. Images  where stamped onto the embossed cardstock. It is then placed between  the front flaps and the flaps were sealed with glue tape. Butterfly  chain was punch and then cut to approrate length before adhering to the  pattern paper. The side of the pattern paper was punch with 3/8 ribbon  edger punch. Butterfly, punched from the butterfly chain, was use to  decorate the empty area. The patter paper was then adhere to the front  of the cardSentiment was stamped onto a patterned paper and then  cut and adhere to the sliding flap. Mini hearts were punched and adhere  onto the patterned paper. Embossed circle chain was adhere to the top  and bottom of the cut out.Words were cut using ‘Flirt’ cookie cutters and then adhere onto the card.The card is then assembled and adhere together.Tada~ the card is doneP.S.  When you look the the window of the card when it’s close, you would see  just the background. But when you open it, you would see a sentiment  slide into view of the window.

3 cardstock of the same width was cut. 1 of the cardstock was folded half. 2nd piece was folded with one side longer than the other. The 3rd piece was trim to match the length of the longer piece when folded.

This leave a 1cm spine for the card.Flower  background was stamped onto the card with versamark ink. Square in  square (1cm gap) was score on the front flap. The ‘X’ was mark from  corner to corner before it’s being cut. Lastly, the flaps were folded to  form a ‘Z’ toward the inner of the card.Image was stamp onto  drawing paper and then colour. It is then measure and cut to fit into  the window. It adhere to the flap of the window with gluetape. Pattern  paper was cut and adhere to the front flap with glue tape. Sentiment  was stamped onto a border strip, which was then cut to a suitable size  before adhering onto the pattern paper.A square net was cut and colour the ‘X’ at the inner side of the window.Tada~ the card is done

Dots background was stamped with versamark.Paper strip of 2cm was cut. Images were stamped repeatedly on it, before it was ink with different ink.Owl and balloons were stamped on white cardstock, colour and cut out.Another  piece of cardstock was cut. The top corners were rounded. The stamped  paper strip was then adhere to the bottom of the cardstock. Paper twine  was tied above the paper strip to form a border.The owl was  adhere to the cardstock, with its feet on the twine. Balloons were  adhere using dimension foams. String were done from balloon to the owl.The cardstock was then adhere to the card base using dimension foam. Glossy accent was applied to the stars and owl’s eyes.‘Happy  Birthday’ was stamped repeatedly inside the card in different  direction. White paper cardstock was cut and the corners were rounded.  Ink was applied to the side with stroking method. The cardstock was then  adhere to the card. Sentiment was stamped on the white cardstock.Tada~ the card is done

A5 cardstock was scored and folded half. Dots background was stamped with versamark.

Paper strip of 2cm was cut. Images were stamped repeatedly on it, before it was ink with different ink.

Owl and balloons were stamped on white cardstock, colour and cut out.

Another piece of cardstock was cut. The top corners were rounded. The stamped paper strip was then adhere to the bottom of the cardstock. Paper twine was tied above the paper strip to form a border.

The owl was adhere to the cardstock, with its feet on the twine. Balloons were adhere using dimension foams. String were done from balloon to the owl.

Flowers were stamp as the background. Image  was stamped onto drawing paper, coloured and cut via 100%cut oval  edition. The sides were punch with scallop punch and single hole punch.A pink square was cut from a piece of pink paper. The corners were round. Two opposite corner were punch with single hole punch.Twine  was cut and tied the two piece of paper together. It is secure at the  back with tape. The pink paper is then adhere to the cardstock with  sponge. The corners were folded so that it keep within the size of the  card.Tada~ the card is done

A4 blue cardstock was cut half along the breath, before folding it half. Flowers were stamp as the background.

Image was stamped onto drawing paper, coloured and cut via 100%cut oval edition. The sides were punch with scallop punch and single hole punch.

A pink square was cut from a piece of pink paper. The corners were round. Two opposite corner were punch with single hole punch.

Twine was cut and tied the two piece of paper together. It is secure at the back with tape. The pink paper is then adhere to the cardstock with sponge. The corners were folded so that it keep within the size of the card.

Tada~ the card is done
