The cardstock was scored and folded at 1/4 and 1/2 mark. This form the base of the card.
A piece of white cardstock was cut to a fitting size to adhere to the front of the card base. It was stamped with cloud background via water soluble crayons. It was then adhere to the front of the card base
Images was stamped and coloured before being cut. Twine was used to tie the balloons to the girl. It was then adhere to the stamped background with 3D foams.
Inner of the card was ink with Brilliance. Sentiments were printed, cut and layered before adhering inside the card.
